The People's Forum manages three Primary Health Centres (PHCs) across Odisha, offering accessible and affordable healthcare to underserved communities. Supported by the National Health Mission, Odisha, and the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of Odisha, these PHCs aim to ensure continued growth and improvement in community health. Basically, these are the places which are tribal areas where the Government is not able to function effectively. People's Forum has stretched to these areas and efficiently utilized the different resources for the welfare of the people in remote places. 

The Our Primary Health Centre (PHC) delivered comprehensive healthcare services to 41,770 individuals, with an impressive 74% (31,106) availing Ayush Services, and facilitated 1099 safe and successful normal deliveries. The centre has also provided 247 wellness session to make the community aware about the diseases and services provided by the centre.
