1) Presenter should carry their own work in PowerPoint format in their own pen drives.
2) Laptop will be available at the venue and the presenter can use the laptop for presentation.
3) The presentation should be prepared and be given in English only as it is international conference.
4) Presenter should not request to give presentation in their local language.
5) Presentation should be limited to 10mins. It can be extended or reduced based on time availability.
6) Presentation should have maximum 10-12 slides
7) Presenter should follow the coordinators' instruction at the venue for presentation and should not request to give the presentation before or after.
8) Presenter will handle the slide rotation themselves.
9) Presenter should wear I cards while presentation their research work.
