Paper presentation

Paper presentation must not exceed the time limit of 10 minutes followed by 5 minutes discussion

GENERAL RULES

  • The members of teams cannot be from different institutes.
  • Event is open for all students and organizations.
  • Team may be from 1st year, 2nd year or a mix.
  • The format and rules of events are subject to change before the start of the event.
  • There is no limit to the number of teams participating from an institute or organization
  • To Participate registration for the conference is compulsorily.
  • All selected participants for final round, should attend conference on 06 Dec 19
  • Prize for Best paper presentation will be given on the day of conference

All submissions for preliminary rounds should be mailed in MS WORD format in [email protected]

  • The following details of each participant are required: a) Full name b) Name of institute or organization c) Degree holding/pursuing d) Email ID e) Contact Number
  • Preferably font and font size of content should be Times New Roman and 12 respectively. Font Size of headings and title should be 14 and 16 respectively.
  • Results of all preliminary round and an invitation to final round will be sent to the email ID provided by the participant

Round 1

  • All participants are required to submit the abstracts for their paper presentation to [email protected] with their details mentioned in general rules.
  • Last date of Abstract Submission is 05th November 2019. Any submission after the deadline will not be qualified for the event.
  • Results of Round 1 will be announced on 9th November 2019 at 12:00 pm on the www.peoplesforum.in and selected participants will be invited to next round by sending email to their provided email IDs.

Abstract Submission

Structured Abstract: Title of paper (Font size 14), content (Font Size 12) Names of the author and co-author Initial name followed by surname. Maximum 500 words, should include the rationale, objectives, methodology, key findings and conclusion.

Round 2

  • Participants qualified for round 2, must submit the research paper to [email protected] with their details mentioned in general rules.
  • Last date of Research Paper Submission is on 12th November 2019.

Any submission after the deadline will not be qualified for the event. Results of Round 2 will be announced on 20th November 2019 at 12:00 pm on the www.peoplesforum.in and selected participants will be invited to next round by sending email to their provided email IDs.

Research Paper Submission

1. Paper: 3000-3500 words for the paper (Times New Roman, Font size 12), Single line spacing with one inch. Justify margins.

2. The research paper should be arranged in the following sections: Title, Author(s), Address, Structured Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Analysis, Discussion, Conclusion(s) and References.

3. The table and charts should be adjuncts to the text.

Round 3

  • Participants who qualify for round 3 must be ready with their paper presentation on the day of the main event.
  • Participants are not allowed to change their paper presentation for the final event.
  • The paper presentation must not exceed the time limit of 10 minutes followed by 5 minutes discussion.
  • Final Round will be held on 06th December 2019. Results will be declared on same day.
