Interested participants can push their talents and skills to make the conference "Aarambh" a successful one. For volunteering there is a "Conference Volunteer Form" which the participants need to submit before 25TH October, 2019.

Categories for volunteering:

  • 1) Registration volunteers: Registration volunteers are responsible for welcoming attendees and distributing registration materials. Attendees will expect you to have the answer to everything, so familiarize yourself with the conference schedules, the Conference Onsite Guide, room locations, etc.
  • 2) Room Monitors: As a session monitor, you will liaise with the speakers to ensure they have all necessary equipment, welcome attendees as they enter the session room, and provide evaluation information to attendees.
  • 3) Hospitality Volunteers: Hospitality volunteers need to be very familiar with the conference schedule; special events and other items that you believe will contribute to an overall positive conference experience including information about the conference for attendees.

As a conference volunteer, you will:

  • Work for systematic & smooth functioning of the conference.
  • Work with other dedicated and talented volunteers.
  • Cultivate your management skills.
